Craft assistant, firecracker crowns at Segedunum

On Thursday, 1 November Segedunum will be holding their annual free fireworks display. To complement this the learning team are hosting a craft activity for families and young people to design and make their own firecracker crowns. They are looking for 6 volunteers to assist between 3:30 PM and 7 PM. Can you be one of these volunteers?

What's involved?

We are asking you to arrive at 3:30 PM to enable you to go through a briefing and training session with the learning team so that you will know how to complete the task at hand and familiarise yourself with the craft activity space. Crafts will be running between 4 PM and 6:30 PM. We are expecting a high volume of people so 1st and foremost we will expect you to be able to keep craft activity resources replenished, activity areas clear and our young people and families happy!.

We will also ask that you help the young people with their creations, encourage imagination and creativity.
