This event takes place on 4th November. We need your assistance between 9.30am and 2.30pm. Can you help?
This year the Shipley Art Gallery is celebrating its 100th Birthday. As part of the celebration we are celebrating all things clay with an event designed to create, experiment and dance with clay and dough. Visitors will have the opportunity to make their own dough, join in with our clay party and try out a range of different doughs in our clay play zone. We will also be creating a miniature Shipley Art Gallery full of exciting works of art, all made out of clay. Plus, The Kiln Pottery Studio will be coming giving visitors the opportunity to paint a ceramic tile.
We will need 3-5 volunteers to assist with craft activities, maintain the gallery and supervise the disco room. You will work alongside the project team to deliver a range of engaging activities to families ensuring that everyone has and exciting day.
